Movie : Portal No Escape
This opening scene starts off with a single close-up shot showing only her face as she gets up from where she was laying down, then straight after that she gets up and looks around her cautiously. She then goes to towards a mirror and realises that she had some sort of tattoo on her back. She quickly smashes a piece of the mirror and uses that to check what exactly it was. She finds out its a tattoo of a barcode but to be honest at this very moment you would normally expect a person to react quite badly like scream and call for help but in this case as you can see, it doesnt actually happen instead shes calm and quickly gets used to her surroundings which indicates that she could quite possibly be an experienced soldier whos been in these types of situations before. At this point we have no clear idea in her indentity which brings an iterest to finding out who she could be and the reason of what shes actually doing there. This kind of things that make it more exciting is exactly what I want in my movie as it will grab attention.
A few seconds later she has an interruption, a flashback of her memory comes back to her. To help emphasize this, its shown all in white and theres much more clarity. Afterwards she gets up and starts working out like a normal typical soilder and waits patiently whilst shes getting watched by. These shots are shown from a distance mainly pointing at her.
Moment after, its confirmed that shes in some sort of prison where shes being held captive for some reason. the person that brought her food proves that, as you we will normally treat the prisoner like that when feeding them.
The action then begins after she finds some sort of uncoded symbols on the wall. however, after explaining the main parts I think its best to leave it there!
